Who we are and what the assistant does
MYS.P is operated by Lady Fashion at 1 Huỳnh Thúc Kháng, Bắc Ninh, Việt Nam. Website: https://mysp.vn. Hotline: 089 801 56 66. Email: ladytuyendung@gmail.com.
MYS.P Sales Assistant is our company's own sales assistant for our own Facebook Pages. It is not offered to other businesses. When you message or comment on our Facebook Page, the assistant reads your message or comment and replies with product information, including price, size, stock and photos, takes orders, and hands the conversation to our staff when needed. Our staff read and reply in our internal admin inbox. Our team can also publish product posts to our own Pages.
Data we process
- Your Facebook Page-scoped ID, public profile name and profile picture, to show who is writing in our inbox.
- The content of messages, comments and photos you send to our Page.
- When you order: your name, phone number, delivery address, order details and payment confirmation (bank transfer reference).
Why we process data
We process data to answer questions, take and deliver orders, provide customer care and reconcile payments. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising to third parties.
Sharing and cross-border processing
- Delivery and shipping partners receive your name, phone number and address to deliver your order.
- Our sales system (POS) and bank-transfer notification service process order and payment records.
- AI service providers process message text to generate replies. Some of these providers are located outside Việt Nam. This involves cross-border processing of personal data under Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15. We share only the minimum data needed, under contract.
Retention
We retain conversation data for up to 24 months after the last interaction. We retain order and payment records for as long as required by Vietnamese accounting and tax law. After the applicable retention period, data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights and deletion requests
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to processing by contacting us at ladytuyendung@gmail.com or 089 801 56 66. See our Data Deletion instructions for how to request deletion and the processing timeframe.
Security
Access is limited to authorised staff. We use encrypted credentials and HTTPS.
